Honda P-Nut Concept Car, It Is Nuts
” This is the latest concept car from car makers Honda. They really have gone nuts on this one (excuse the pun), it is designed to be a city car for busy urban and city areas and was revealed at the L.A. Auto show this week.
According to Honda this is what a city car will look like in 10-15 years time, I hope so because how fun does it look! I get fed up with car makers when they release boring mundane same old designed cars that fail to inspire, but this little pocket rocket looks amazing.
The driving position of the P-Nut is similar to a Mclaren F1 with the driver situated directly in the centre, with 2 passenger seats placed behind which could be a problem if your looking for a lot of space. The drive train is rear wheel drive, and the engine is also placed in the back.
Honda have designed the car to incorporate several different powertrains from small petrol engines to hybrid and even fully electric engines.
I think it looks superb, with its angular design and the grill looking like a Cylon from Battlestar Galactica makes me smile. When I first read about this car I thought it would have been a concoction of some madcap Japanese scientist, but it was actually designed by our very own Brit designer Andy Foster, who works for Honda at there L.A. studio.”

I know it looks really cool, if it does go into production I doubt it will look like that, shame, as I always iamgined myself driving around in a crazy cylon lookalike car, :-0
