Drink plenty of water
One of the biggest causes of bad breath is dehydration, which is why your breath smells most in the mornings, because your mouth has dried up in the night. Try to drink plenty of water in the day, steer away from the coffee if you can, and replace your cola or fizzy drinks with mineral water.
Watch what you eat
Food plays a major part in bad breath so start to think more about what your putting in your mouth, were not saying stop the curry all together, but a good rule of thumb is if it smells strong then that will make your breath smell. Try to eat plenty of fresh citrus fruit like apples and oranges, and try to keep away from dairy products like milk and cheese, and strong spicy foods.

One cause of bad breath is stress, stress causes the enzymes in your gut stop working properly and breaking down food becomes more difficult, this causes bad breath.
